Hello, we are Steve and Lisa, the Directors of Little Willows Nursery. We opened our Bath nursery in 2010 and were delighted to expand with our Corsham nursery in early 2017. We are passionate about creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for every child. Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing golf and watching rugby, while Lisa has a strong interest in personal well-being and enjoys being creative in her spare time.

Hello, my name is Jane Barber, and I am the Nursery Manager at Little Willows. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and joined the team in January 2019. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, happy, and supported to learn and grow.
Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors with her grandchildren.

Hi, my name is Lauren Paterson, and I am the Deputy Manager at Little Willows. I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and joined Little Willows Bath in November 2016, moving to our Corsham nursery in June 2018. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and traveling abroad on holidays.

My name is Chloe, and I am the Third in Charge at Little Willows Corsham. I also work as the nursery SENCo and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. I joined the team in April 2022 and am passionate about supporting every child’s individual needs and helping them feel happy, confident, and included.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys having her nails done and spending money.

Hello, my name is Sophie Bower, and I am the Room Leader for the Bumblebees Room at Little Willows. I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and joined the team in April 2018. I am passionate about creating a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys baking, being creative with her Cricut machine designing prints for clothes, and family walks.
