Meet Our Bath Team

Hello, we are Steve and Lisa, the Directors of Little Willows Day Nursery. We opened our Bath nursery in 2010 and were delighted to expand with our Corsham nursery in early 2017.
We are passionate about creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for every child.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing golf and watching the rugby, while Lisa has a strong interest in personal well-being and enjoys being creative in her spare time.

Hello, my name is Ellie Ferne and I am the Nursery Manager at Little Willows. I joined the team in October 2022 and am passionate about leading a nurturing, welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy, and supported to learn and grow.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys reading cookbooks and trying out new recipes with her family.

Hello, my name is Chloe Fairbrother, and I am the nursery SENCo and Co-Deputy Manager at Little Willows. I joined the team in November 2021 and am passionate about supporting every child’s learning and development, ensuring they feel valued, included, and confident to explore.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys baking cheesecakes and walking her dog.

Hello, my name is Kayla, and I am the Deputy Manager at Little Willows Bath. I started working with Little Willows in October 2012 and am passionate about supporting both children and staff to create a happy, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her children.

Hello, my name is Drew, and I am the Room Leader in the Owls Room at Little Willows. I started working with Little Willows in April 2013 and am passionate about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time reading, swimming and is a big Doctor Who fan.

Hello, my name is Laura. I started working at Little Willows in August 2025 and am part of the Buds team. I enjoy creating a caring and engaging environment where children feel happy, safe, and supported to learn and explore.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys taking part in the Somerset Carnival each year.

Hello, my name is Lily, and I am the Room Leader of the Frogs Room at Little Willows. I have worked at Little Willows since May 2023 and love creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.
Outside of work, Lily has a real love for music and enjoys singing in her spare time.

Hello, my name is Ellese, and I started at Little Willows in August 2025. I work in the Squirrels room and enjoy creating a welcoming, safe, and fun environment where children can learn and explore.
Outside of work, Ellese has a passion for musical theatre and performed in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat when she was younder, Ellese also enjoys photography.

Chloe Houghton joined Little Willows Nursery in September 2023 and works as our Room Leader in the Buds Room. She is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification in Early Years and is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys baking, music and going on adventures.

Hello, my name is Jean, and I cover in all the rooms at Little Willows. I started working in June 2024 and enjoy supporting children across the nursery, helping them feel happy, safe, and confident.
Outside of work, Jean enjoys spending time with her sons, going for walks, and playing badminton.

Hi, my name is Ros, and I am the Housekeeper at Little Willows Bath. I also help out in the rooms at lunchtime. I started working with us in January 2024 and enjoys supporting the nursery to run smoothly while helping children feel happy and cared for.
Outside of work, Ros enjoys baking, craft activities and gardening.

Hello, my name is Katherine Hodson, and I work across all rooms at Little Willows as bank staff. I joined the team in October 2024 and enjoy supporting children throughout the nursery, helping them feel happy, safe, and engaged.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys playing the Guitar.

Hello, my name is Rita Ana Lima-Marques, and I am the Room Leader of the Squirrels Room at Little Willows. I joined the team in October 2024 and enjoy creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Outside of work, Rita runs her own Ballet classes.

Hello, my name is Dani, and I am the Room Leader of the Seedlings Room at Little Willows. I started working with us in February 2025 and love creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.
Outside of work, Dani enjoys relaxing with a good book in her space time.

Hello, my name is Sophie, and I work as bank staff across the different rooms at Little Willows. I joined the team in March 2025 and enjoy supporting children throughout the nursery, helping them feel happy, safe, and engaged.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys horse riding and spending time with friends.

Hi, my name is Rosie, and I cover in all of the rooms at Little Willows. I started working with us in July 2025 and enjoy supporting children across the nursery, helping them feel happy, safe, and confident.
Outside of work, Rosie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Hello, my name is Gina McTeague, and I cover in all rooms at Little Willows. I joined the team in March 2024 and am passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and fun environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.
Outside of work, Gina has a strong background in theatre, particularly Shakespeare, and enjoys writing. When she is not working, she also enjoys travelling.

Hello, my name is Geoff, and I am the Chef at Little Willows. I hold a Food Hygiene Certificate and have worked in catering for many years. I joined the team in March 2014 and enjoy preparing healthy, delicious meals for the children every day.
Outside of work, Geoff embodies the art of living well, enjoys reading and cooking for his family.
