Meet Our Bath Team

Hello, we are Steve and Lisa, the Directors of Little Willows Day Nursery. We opened our Bath nursery in 2010 and were delighted to expand with our Corsham nursery in early 2017.

We are passionate about creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for every child.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing golf and watching the rugby, while Lisa has a strong interest in personal well-being and enjoys being creative in her spare time.

Hello, my name is Ellie Ferne and I am the Nursery Manager at Little Willows. I joined the team in October 2022 and am passionate about leading a nurturing, welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy, and supported to learn and grow.

Hello, my name is Chloe Fairbrother, and I am the nursery SENCo and Co-Deputy Manager at Little Willows. I joined the team in November 2021 and am passionate about supporting every child’s learning and development, ensuring they feel valued, included, and confident to explore.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys baking cheesecakes and walking her dog.

Hello, my name is Kayla, and I am the Deputy Manager at Little Willows Bath. I started working with Little Willows in October 2012 and am passionate about supporting both children and staff to create a happy, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her children.
